Day 1: Arrival in Kigali
Upon arrival in Kigali international Airport , You will be welcomed by Rwanda Safaris representative, who will orient you about the entire trip before jumping into the jump for the drive to the hotel in Kigali for the overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
You will have morning break fats and start on the city at 9:00am to enable you explore the genocide memorials , Local Markets and Craft shops, later go for lunch and proceed to transfer to Volcanoes National Park which is the home for the mountain gorillas found within the Virunga Massif that are shared between Rwanda, Uganda & DR Congo. The drive from Kigali Rwanda to Volcanoes takes 3 Hours and upon arrival at the lodge , you will be checked in and relax in the evening awaiting for the Mountain Gorilla Trekking.

Day 3: Gorilla tracking in Volcanoes National Park & Visit to the Ellen De Generes Campus
You will wake up very early to take breakfast at the lodge and your safari guide will transfer you to the park headquarter for the briefing about the Gorilla trekking rules and regulation during your adventure in the Mountain gorillas territory for the conservation of the endangered species .
Gorilla trekking in Rwanda's Volcanoes National Park takes 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on the location of your assigned gorilla family that particular day of your Rwanda gorilla Safari. Once you spot the gorillas, take as many photos as you can and try to follow instructions from the ranger guides of Rwanda Development board. After completing the trek, return to the starting point where the guide will transfer you back to the lodge for lunch and relax awaiting for the evening visit to the Ellen De Generes Campus for donations and learning more about the Dian fossey Conservation works.

Day 4: Golden Monkey Tracking & Twin Lake Canoe
You will wake up early to take your breakfast and then transfer to the park headquarter offices for the briefing. Briefing for Golden Monkey tracking is similar to the Mountains Gorillas starts at 7:00 am. During the briefing, you will learn about the history of the park, the golden monkey and the nature as they are not shy like the Mountain gorillas.
You will transfer to the starting point for the golden monkey tracking and proceed , the trekking lasts for 3hours or 5 hours and return to the start point and return to the lodge for lunch, and after proceed to go for the canoe boat riding on the twin lakes ( Ruhondo & Burera) lasting for 2 hours.
