Day 1: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park & Gorilla Trekking
The Rwanda Safaris guide will pick you at your hotel in Kigali at 4;30 am and transfer to volcanoes national park which journey takes 3 hours , you will arrive have coffee as the guide registers you for the gorilal trekking , berifing will be done to orient you about the gorilla trekking rules and regulation in Volcanoes which are uniform even in Uganda and Congo to be observed by gorilla trekkers.

After the allocation of the gorilla family, you will drive to the starting point for the gorilla trekking and head into the journey to search for the primates ( come face to face with the gorillas) . The trek may last for 4-5 hours depending on the food, season and the movement of the gorillas, once found you will spend one hour with them and return to the starting point where the safari guide will transfer you to the hotel for the hot lunch
In the afternoon you will visit the Gorilla Guardian Village or Ellen De Generes Campus for donation and later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
You will head to the park headquarter after morning breakfast , and you will be allocated another gorilla family since this is the second time visit, the Safari guide will drive you to the starting point for your Gorilla trek in the Volcanoes National park to search for the Mountain Gorillas in the natural Habitats. It may take around 4-5 hours to find them and you will take one hour taking photos and videos as you watch them play, feed and later return to the point where you left your safari guide to transfer you to the lodge for lunch before heading back to Kigali.
