Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Overnight in Entebbe or Kampala:
Our tour guide/driver meets you at Entebbe airport (EBB) and takes you to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala for dinner and overnight: – Imperial Resort Beach Hotel (luxury) or The Lodge (budget). Meal Plan: Full Board (FB).
Day 2: Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, cultural tour:
Have an early morning breakfastand drive south west Uganda to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will have photographs at the equator, lunch en-route in Mbarara and reach Bwindi in the late afternoon. A community walk or cultural tour is an optional addition to your safari experience. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Forest Camp (luxury) or Buhoma community Bandas (budget). Meal Plan: Full Board (FB).
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking:
After breakfast you will transfer to the park headquarters for the briefing by the park guides, before you set off for the trek.  The trek has no fixed duration time as it depends on the last night of where the apes slept from however it may be 2-9 hours depending on the movement of the giant primates. The activity is tiresome, it involves walking along steep hilly tracks however encountering these great relatives of man erases all the poor memories/ hardships you went through in trying to find them.  They are awesome! Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Forest Camp (luxury) or Buhoma community Bandas (budget). Meal Plan: Full Board (FB).
Day 4: Travel to Kampala or Entebbe and either get a flight back home or to your next safari destination:
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and start your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe in time for your late evening flight. Meal plan: (Breakfast, Lunch en-route).
